...Gerry Anderson stuff, is he always has buildings that can retract into the ground, this one is from Doppelganger (Journey to the Far Side of the Sun) 1969, but as a kid I always remembered the start of Stingray when the main base does this. Why don't real buildings go into the ground like this ? :)

The thing I love about...
...Gerry Anderson stuff, is he always has buildings that can retract into the ground, this one is from Doppelganger (Journey to the Far Side of the Sun) 1969, but as a kid I always remembered the start of Stingray when the main base does this. Why don't real buildings go into the ground like this ? :)
