Quite frankly you'd have have more money than sense to buy this box set of books, the RRP is £5599.99 but you can save £600 on Play. Only 1138 editions, for that price the leather case should be made from Lucas' neck.Click on picture for Play.Com link

A Star Wars nut/acquaintance of mine has bought this.
I've seen it and it is very shiny. But certainly not £5k+ of shiny.
Oh and one really unusual thing I noticed when leafing through...
The leather: smells vaguely of wee.

I wouldn't pay £5.99 for a signed copy of the scripts.
Thats turd polishing taken to the level of artisan. I doff my cap in respect to such blatent commercialism.
What I want to know is exactly how many of these Play actually sell.
Who would pay that sort of money ?

It sure looks beautiful, though . . . if it was a more reasonable price, it would be an amazing collectible to add to one's library.
