There was talk quite a few years ago of a Red Dwarf movie, they even started production on it I read, anyway this news just popped up on Dark Horizons.The BBC has apparently commissioned a new one-hour special episode of classic British sci-fi comedy Red Dwarf to be filmed October 2008 according to Robert Llewellyn at the KTCS9 20th Anniversary convention this evening.

Oh, they're all going to look really old aren't they.
Will it be like the 'Only fools and horses,' telemovies - they sucked in a way that things shouldn't be allowed to.
I hope it wont end up like Indy and be a ridiculous pastiche of old gags. I'd like something fresh.
