I really enjoyed the 'Pushing Daisies' series but the final 'bonus' episode is supposed to be available to view online. It doesn't work... just says 'video not available - please try later'. It's never available - must be a clever ploy to get fans to buy the DVDs. Have you seen it?
Bad luck about Anna's birthday party invitation.. it's probably still in the post...
