Steve Carell and Seth Rogen will suit up for a third Ghostbusters movie, according to Dread Central.
Rumours suggest that the new film will bring together original Ghostbusters Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson, who will hand over their business to four younger paranormal experts.
Speculation regarding a third Ghostbusters film has been rife for years, but the possibility looked slim because of Bill Murray's reluctance to return for another sequel.
However, the original cast members, including Murray, have all lent their voices to the forthcoming Ghostbusters: The Video Game, due for release this autumn.

Now that could actually be cool...
This might be a really good idea if done well, I'd rather see something like this even if the original cast only have a small appearance than see them do something like a remake.
I hope they get some women Ghostbusters in there with them !!
Maybe Keira Knightley?
Controversially: I really hope they don't do it.
In a more general way: I really wish someone, somewhere would come up with something totally new rather than something re-hashed, remixed re-booted or extended.
The idea of another GB fills we with a kind of mild dread, given how No 2 turned out.
(PS: in moderation of the above I have partaken heavily of Typhoon-class sized Ploughmans & a copious amount of Magners. Thus my ability to say 'Go Hollywood!' to another remake/sequel-thingy has been dulled by alcoholic clarity. I'm sure I'll be fine later...) :)
Yeah, because Ghostbusters 2 was just great, wasn't it? Guys? Huh?
Wow, what a different movie it would have been (the first I mean) if Eddie Murphy hadn't been filming Beverly Hills Cop at the time!
