I remeber seeing that episode and wondering if the Cylons built him a helmet or hollowed out some Cylone who had met his demise. What a sad thing to do to a villan. I remember her saying "Burn Galactica, burn" and then it said "to be continued..."
John Colicos was a really over the top actor, but he was great.
They might've been thinking 'Johnny Alpha? Never heard of him.".... unless BG beat Carlos to that design!
