Didn't realise it was an April fool, just couldn't find the heart to get angry over more possible fiddling about with SW! What's worse, that it seems inevitable anyway or no one's would be surprised?
Good one. Tho it fueled a long discussion with my wife and I how Lucas can't get passed Star Wars and how after he blew his wad on the franchise he couldn't create anything else worth watching...
However, a small part of me was sorta interested in learning how the walkers were delivered to the planet Hoth.
Visually it would be great to see those AT AT's being delivered, its up there with seeing the Death Star going through hyperspace, but from a story point of view these sort of extra shots just don't work! (But we all love some eye candy!)
I put these images together the other evening in Photoshop. The sad part of this is come the next DVD release this'll probably come true. :)

I do love the way everybody wasn't surprised because this is exactly the sort of bullshit Lucas has been doing since 1997.

From what I gather the AT-AT's were sent to Hoth by Fed Ex.
I knew Fed Ex had crossed over to the dark side, I just knew it.
Unfortunately, you are probably right. Lucas will keep tinkering with them until he dies.

The trouble with eye candy is it all ends up looking like the prequels !! Then it's like an easter egg with nothing inside !
