BBC Researchers !

I do love BBC researchers, they obviously get paid to do f**k all. Today's blunder is about the new Flash Gordon serial. They fail to even mention the most famous Flash Gordon of all Larry 'Buster' Crabbe who played Flash between 1936 to 1940 in 3 Adventures and instead mention Steve Holland from the 1954 serial that I don't think anyone remembers.
A few weeks back they mentioned someone called Paul Daneman who played Avon in Blake's 7 and even had a photo of some bloke who obviously was in Blake's 7 but he certainly wasn't Paul Darrow who did play Avon.

So, Mongo will be just one big forest then? Eeek!!! I'd love it if actually the forest was home to the lion men and Prince Barin's people, but floating over it are the ornate palaces of Ming, high up in the sky.

Looking forward to seeing what they do with this. Hoping 'grim and gritty' isn't the buzzword in the pre-prod offices.
