Little known factoid...the original roll was intended for Richard "I was in Jaws, DAMMIT" Dreyfus.
It was also going to star Dennis Quaid at one point as Douglas Quail, seems like the Quaid bit stuck !! Davis Cronenberg was going to direct a version with concept art by Ralph McQuarrie !
