Clash of the Titans remake.

I've always found Clash of the Titans to be one of the weaker Ray Harryhausen films, though it also has one of his best creations, the Medusa sequence.
News today that screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan (Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Empire Strikes Back) has signed on to write the remake of Clash of the Titans for Warner Bros. I'd rather see them make Force of Trojans which Ray Harryhausen tried to set up with ILM a while ago. The first draft of the screenplay dates back to around 1983 and this project gets mentioned in the Art of Ray Harryhausen book.

They'll never top Harryhausen's Medusa for style !

I think I saw this in the cinema about 30 times, it was in around the same time as Raiders of the lost Ark (which I saw about the same amount).

Since then I have the two mixed in my head. Does Indi really say 'throw me the owl?'

I think Rodger Corman made it already.

It also includes the famous line -

'You take this watch, bury it in the sand for a thousand years and what do you get? An army of evil skeletons.'

I love the part where Indy looks at Medusa and says, "Snakes on yer head, why'd it have to be snakes on yer head.?"
