It's been about 6-7 months since they demolished the Odeon Middlesbrough where I worked for 12 years, I passed the site the other day and besides the fact it's all fenced up nothing is going on with the site at all. No sign of the tower block that they're meant to be starting work on. I think they should just green it over and make it into a park with a plaque commemorating the old Odeon. But hey land is money and no doubt someone's going to make an awful lot of money from this piece of land.
